Refund Policy

At Oceanmist Wellness, we are committed to delivering exceptional, results-driven care in a refined and professional environment. Please review our policy regarding services and purchases:

Services & Treatments

All services, including IV therapy, aesthetic, and wellness treatments, are non-refundable. Outcomes may vary from client to client, and while we strive to achieve optimal results, they are not guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to achieve desired results will be the responsibility of the client.

Deposits & Appointments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Packages & Prepaid Services

All prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Products & Retail

All product purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail items.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
